Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 2-3 business days after purchase. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

U.S. Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days — rates calculated at checkout.
Free U.S. Shipping: on orders over $50.
International Shipping: 7-21 business days depending on destination — rates calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, please contact us with your order number.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Final Sale Items

Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
